The Summer Music Camp is in partnership with Scripture Union and led by Robin & Rachael MacLellan. This year we had 75 kids aged 10 - 16, from all over Scotland and playing all kinds of instruments - everything from bass guitar to bagpipes and clarinets to clarsach! The camp was a great mix of musical experiences and awesome activities.
We were based at Lendrick Muir, Scripture Union's flagship centre near Kinross. On-site activities may include anything from archery to abseiling, go-karting, mountain-biking, ropes course, orienteering, golf, volleyball, arts and crafts, football and many other excellent options.
On the music side, campers had the chance to play in small groups with expert tuition as well as performing with the orchestra, wind band and big band at the end of camp concert!
